Job Description

Develop and implement commercial strategies to support business growth and profitability.

Lead contract negotiations and manage commercial agreements with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Oversee project commercial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.

Monitor project variations, claims, and change orders, ensuring commercial risks are effectively managed.

Prepare commercial reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.

Identify business opportunities and support proposal preparation, pricing strategies, and tender submissions.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure commercial objectives are aligned with project delivery requirements.

Manage procurement strategies and oversee supplier and subcontractor relationships.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and industry regulations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commercial processes and financial performance.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management, contract administration, or project commercial roles.

Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, budgeting, and cost control principles.

Proven experience managing commercial aspects of complex infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret commercial and financial data.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Professional certifications in commercial management, contract management, or project management are considered an advantage.
